About me

I'm a senior journalist at BBC Three, where I write, edit and commission features aimed at 16-34-year-old audience, on topics including health, relationships and social issues affecting young people.

Previously, I worked as a freelance journalist, writing about health, science and gender for publications in the UK and US. My work has been published by Vice, Elle, Men's Health, Refinery29, The New Statesman and many more. I'm available for in-office writing and editing work, as well as freelance commissions.

I won the gold award for campaign journalism at last year's MHP 30 under 30 awards for my work on mental health and experimental drug trials.

In the video below, Rajul Punjabi, wellness editor of Vice US health vertical Tonic, talks about the work I've done for the site.
